USA & CANADA DELIVERY POLICY

At Dr. Natural Products® we ship all orders from Monday to Friday and orders placed before 1 PM Pacific Time can be delivered the same day. Orders placed after shipping cutoff time will ship the next working day.

To maximise the speed of delivery, all orders placed before 1 PM PST and Royal Mail 1st Class or Next Day Courier Delivery is selected, shipped out the same day. You will receive confirmation when your item has been shipped and in the case of courier shipped orders, you can trace the order by calling the Dr. Natural Products® team.

If after the 28 day period you do not receive your goods then you need to contact Dr. Natural Products® team.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY POLICY

Please note that international deliveries are also very fast but may take a little longer than usual depending on the destination country. We use UPS and Canada Post to provide the quickest and most efficient service.

Please be aware It is out of our control if orders get delayed due to postal strikes or alike with Canada Post. For orders selected for delivery by courier service please ensure you select an address where it can be signed for between 08.30 am - 4.30 pm hrs Mon to Fri. Any parcels accepted to be left at an address without a signature will be at the customers’ own risk.

I have not received my order what do I do?

Contact the team on 877 786 2001 and we will trace it for you (available live Mon-Sat 9am - 6:00pm or leave a message and one of the team will call you back).

Returning an item
